Services included in the price:
1) Water, gas and electric power consumptions; 2) Beach service with 1 beach umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 beach mattress; 3) Use of the swimming pool, tennis court, playground, beach volley, basket ball, five-a-side football, archery, disco; 4) Club card – entertainment and since 5/29 to the 9/11. Miniclub for children from 4 to 9 years and Junior club from10 to 15 years; 5) Final cleaning (The bungalows are given in clean conditions and shall be left in the same clean conditions, the kitchenette and the dishes shall be washed before the departure, on the contrary it will be charged € 50.00 after the control by our personnel)
6) Parking space inside the village
Extra charges:
Bed linen € 10.00 per person, towels € 5.00 – 1st line beach umbrella extra charge
€ 20.00 per week (until selling out) – Safety box inside the Management Office € 2.00 per day
Bungalow equipment:
Kitchenette, covered veranda, bathroom with hot shower, fridge, pots, grater, cutlery and dishes (excluding coffee machine, corkscrew and tin opener). Bungalows check-in shall be within 17:00 and check-out within 10:00. The Management, in case of need, can decide to assign a different type of unit compared to the one confirmed. – During the period E-F reservations shall be of minimum two weeks.
B) Payment modalities. The confirmatory deposit shall be paid within two weeks from the confirmation of the reservation (deposit to be deducted on your arrival from the payment of the balance). If we do not receive the confirmatory deposit within the above mentioned date, the reservation is cancelled without any prior notice. The written confirmation is sent to the Guest and shall be shown on your arrival to the Siesta.
