a) REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS – The kind guests, after leaving their car at the outdoor parking area, must report to the reception office for the registration of documents.

c) OPENING RECEPTION OFFICES AND CASH SERVICE – The reception offices are open from 08.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 21.00. Guests are invited to use the special safe deposit boxes at the Reception office.
d) ALLOCATION PITCH – The pitch is assigned by the management, which, according to availability, may take into account the guests’ requests.
e) DELIVERY BUNGALOW -It guarantees delivery of Bungalow within hours 17,00. The balance budgeted for the stay must be paid upon arrival at the Village. DURING THE STAY

b) VISITS – While staying in the Village are prohibited visits by third parties both during the day and at night. c) INTERNAL TRAFFIC – It is forbidden to circulate inside the Village with motor vehicles from 24.00 to 07.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00 .The motor vehicles on the roads of the Village must proceed at a crawl, limiting itself to the road only if strictly necessary. When using the media, at the times and in the manner permitted, the maximum speed limit in the campsite is 5 km / h. Pedestrians have priority over all types of vehicles and / or transport. Circulation is still prohibited during the hours of silence (from 24.00 to 07.00 hours and from 14.00 to 16.00) or other time issued from time to time by the Management. o) FIRES AND BARBECUE – It is forbidden to light fires on the ground or on the beach. It is allowed to use the barbecue, taking care to turn it off after use. p) USE OF EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATIONS – Guests can use the electrical and plumbing installations.

q) SAFETY – As anywhere else, even in the tranquility of the village you may experience unpleasant incidents such as theft or other damage to persons and things. As is customary, please note that the Department can not respond in any case of such unseemly deeds.

AT THE START
a) PITCHES – Guests can settle the account only at departure during office opening hours Case. We invite you to share with us the principles set forth in our Environmental Policy and thus to contribute to the implementation of actions and strategies to reduce environmental impacts. Our structure adheres implement the requirements set by Directive 2009/564 / EC establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the Community eco-label (ECO-LABEL) for campsite service. At the reception and also on the bulletin board, you can find everything freely available information material, all in line with the criteria established by the Ecolabel and in addition you can express your considerations by filling out our Environmental Questionnaire available at reception desk. We kindly request your valuable contribution including by implementing the advice that you find in the information prepared in various parts of the structure, on the notice board at the reception, and the Information Leaflets delivered upon acceptance. b) FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF THE STRUCTURE – In case it is established non-compliance with the instructions in this Regulation, the direction of the campsite will send a written reminder to the immediate cessation of the violation. In the case of repeated non-compliance, the guest will be denied the stay in the camp, with maximum notice of 24 hours and for non-compliance which may constitute a crime, with immediate expulsion from the campsite with a complaint to the competent authorities Notwithstanding the preceding provisions the guest is obliged to settle all damage and not, caused to the camp or any other person. People not recorded or in any other way does not comply with this Regulation or the regulations, will be felt, and if necessary removed from the camp and if the case reported to the competent bodies for possible commission of an offense against the public peace, violation of private property , non-payment of the performance of the campsite, fraud and other misconduct. Any complaints can be submitted by individual guests in writing on the appropriate form ( “Claim Form”) to be requested at the campsite reception. The complaint management is entrusted to the direction in cooperation with the various heads of departments concerned.
