Our restaurant hall, with air conditioning, satisfies the needs of our guests.
We have also special menus for specific requests.
Hotel menu:
• it includes one main dish to be selected among three alternatives,
• a second dish always to be selected among three alternatives,
• vegetables, indicated in the menu, fruit or dessert
• mineral tap water and local wine
• buffet breakfast
• kitchen equipped for baby meals (from 0 to 3 years old), no worries for your baby, the Siesta puts at your disposal its Biberonerie, where babies will feel home! You will find all the necessary equipment to prepare the meals for your baby
• Sterilizers, microwave, baby’s bottles and high chairs.
The Siesta village offers a cuisine based on simple but tasty local products, such as starchy food, olive oil, legumes, fresh and dry fruits.
On our table it is very important the bread, which is prepared in big round loafs and used to prepare many traditional dishes, such as the “pancotto” (baked bread) with vegetables and the “bread and tomatoes” seasoned with olive oil and salt.
Among our home-made pastas we have the orecchiette, troccoli, fusilli, all of them combined with vegetables as turnip tops, sprouts, garden rocket, etc., or with legumes or seasoned with meat and fish sauces.
In Gargano the fish is the prince on our table: basses, mullets, soles, giltheads, mackerels, eels, anchovies, shrimps, without forgetting to mention squids, octopus, cuttlefish used for delicious fish starters.
Our home-made desserts: cartellate, calzoncelli, taralli, ring-shaped cake and everything paired with white, red and rosé wines from Apullia and Gargano.
